The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, they made it feel just like home. We had everything we needed during our stay and the owners were always approachable. The location was perfect for the event we went to see at the Playhouse, as well as a good place for a spot of shopping close by. Breakfast was cooked to perfection with endless cups of tea. We wouldn't have changed a thing. I would recommend Lyncliff highly and we will certainly be visiting again if we are in the area again.

The propieters were extremely friendly. Even made me a veggie breakfast without me asking once I'd said I was vegetarian. Lovley 200 year old building, maintained with period furiture and lovely nic-nacs. Really enjoyed our night here.

We stayed at Lyncliff B&B for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier. The owner, Greg, was incredibly helpful and friendly, both before and during our stay. He even allowed us to check in early to accommodate my spouse's injured knee. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was wonderfully quiet. Greg made a delicious breakfast and took the time to chat with us, adding a personal touch to our stay. The comfortable beds and proximity to the Playhouse made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Lyncliff B&B and loved the personalized attention we received. The owner, Greg, went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. He even prepared a delicious Scottish breakfast for us! The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the Playhouse theater where we were attending a show. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was the wifi connection, but overall, we had a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this cozy and centrally located B&B.

This place offers nicely decorated rooms at a good price and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent as was the food. The rooms were ok but they are in need of refurbishment. There are no ensuite facilities and there queues for the toilets.
